My daily diet is terrible. Full of junk food and carbs. My rheumatologist told me that my protein was getting dangerously low, so my first response was to cook a lot of salmon. My second response was buying this book.

Great cookbook. I've read many "high protein / low carb" cookbooks. This outshines them all. The author uses herbs and citrus flavors I have and am familiar with, but the combination of them is what I look forward to trying. Really worth looking at.
